Mika Tan was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, daughter of a naval officer. Mika grew up in San Diego, California, and was home schooled until her freshman year. After high school, Mika was an upstanding student at the University of San Diego and, finished with a B.S. in biochemistry. Later she met and married her former husband, and they started to do porn as a couple. Mika was a success, and began to get offers to work with other actors. Unfortunately this decision stressed their marriage to the breaking point. After the nasty divorce, Mika took some well-deserved time off.
