Derek Kage

As a highly sexual being, Derek Kage (aka Derek Cage) had long been intrigued by the possibility of doing porn, so when Grant Ducati asked Derek if he wanted to shoot a Trailer Trash Boys scene in 2022, Derek agreed, and the porn world welcomed a new rising star. These two studs also perform together as stepdad (Derek) and stepson (Grant) in Boys Night In from Next Door Taboo. Derek loves playing in the kink genre, and When Push Comes to Shove from Hot House Entertainment/Club Inferno is one of his hottest fetish videos. When Derek hooks up with Max Depth, he finds out exactly how much the fisting bottom can live up to his name! In Changes from Next Door Studios, Derek plays a new homeowner who kindly lets the former resident, Jayden Marcos, come back to look for something he accidentally left behind when he moved out. Jayden and Derek hit it off immediately, with the chemistry and sexual attraction to become much more than friends. Some of Derek’s other fan-favorite movies include Reenlisted 17 from Active Duty, Tongue in Cheek from Raging Stallion Studios, and Fan Male from NakedSword Originals. In 2024 and 2025, Derek won the XMA Award for Gay Performer of the Year back-to-back. Tattoos: Right shoulder; full sleeve left arm; right lower leg
